Dear Google App Engine Customer, We are following-up on our previous email announcing that Python 2.5 will be shut down soon. You are receiving this email because you are listed as an owner of an active Google App Engine application(s) that uses the Python 2.5 environment. This email is a reminder for you to migrate your active Python 2.5 applications to Python 2.7 immediately. Below is the list of applications that you are an owner of that are running on Python 2.5: If the Python 2.5 version(s) of your applications are not necessary, please delete them with appcfg.py or through the Cloud Developers Console. If you no longer need the data stored by these applications, you can delete the data yourself. However, if you do need any of these Python 2.5 applications we encourage you to use this grace period to migrate them to Python 2.7 immediately. If you have lost the original source code to the application, you can download it from App Engine with appcfg.py. For instructions how to migrate your Python 2.5 applications to Python 2.7, please see the Migrating to Python 2.7 documentation. As a reminder, on June 20th, 2017, the Python 2.5 runtime will be permanently disabled on App Engine. This means that Python 2.5 applications will stop servicing requests, but any stored data they created will still exist and be accessible to other versions of the application you deploy. If you no longer need the data stored by these applications, you can delete it yourself. For more information please visit: Python 2.5 Support Turndown. If you have any questions or concerns about the decommission, please do not hesitate to contact Google Cloud Support. Was this information helpful? YES NO |
