T̲h̲e̲ ̲d̲i̲e̲t̲ ̲r̲e̲v̲o̲l̲u̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲t̲h̲a̲t̲ ̲t̲o̲o̲k̲ ̲S̲h̲a̲r̲k̲ ̲T̲a̲n̲k̲ ̲b̲y̲ ̲s̲t̲o̲r̲m̲!

Dean's Letter for Family Weekend June 9 - 11 Dear Families – Thank you for registering for a new family opportunity. We are glad you have chosen us for your down time. Registration will be Friday night between 6 and 8pm . Dinner will be available if you can arrive before 6:30. We will spend a bit of time meeting each other and we may pull out some of the underutilized board games in the lodge for Friday night. We will have a brief worship before our youngest folk head to bed. Meals will be at 8, noon and 6 on Saturday and we will have some time for ice cream in the afternoon and waterfront time if the weather cooperates. We will be able to explore the trails and/or the labyrinth. If you have a project(s) to work on fe el free to bring them. There will be some times when kids and parents can each do their own thing but for the most part we will need adults to supervise the children. There will be a couple of other programs on site during parts of the weekend so we will need to be mindful of spaces being used by others. We will have morning watch and evening vespers. Sunday will have a "cold" breakfast before 9 and brunch for the group at 10:30. We should be packed and out of our cabins by 10. We will have a closing circle and wish each other a wonderful summer and hea d on our way before noon.
